Beware - LOTS of Vacation Pictures!

We had an unbelievable time in Tennessee visiting my family. It had been a year and a half since we'd seen each other, and catching up was a blast. We just relaxed and enjoyed each other's company. No big plans or event - just good ol' family fun!!

Our one "touristy" thing was going to Opryland. We first went by the Grand Ol' Opry, walked around the beautiful Opryland Hotel, and ate at the Aquarium restaurant inside the Opry Mills (outlet mall).
(inside the Opryland Hotel)
(slumber party style)
(grasshopper hunting)
We did this A LOT - Walmart Shopping! We were getting ready to go fishing the next morning.

But before fishing, we stopped at a fantastic pancake house. SO YUMMY!! At the lake

The first fish of the day! :)

And they kept biting......

....and biting.....

.....and biting.....

After fishing, we stopped by the Bass Pro Shop. For me, it was just another photo opportunity.

Brenda took me to have lunch at a tea house one day. Then we walked around downtown Franklin and bought fabric in a cute quilt store.

They even have a bowling alley just for kids. The boys loved it!

Of course.....back to fishing! This time, we went to a local fishing hole.

The fish were little, but it didn't matter.

I caught the only fish that weight over an ounce in the entire "hole". Who knew??
Movie & Cookies!

Just before getting ready to leave, we took the 4 cousins to a Civil War site and took portraits. The whole red, white & blue "thing" was a coincidence. Promise!

Then off to our last meal before leaving....so sad!

love my big brother!!
