Crazy Brothers

Eric has been so funny around his new little brother. Most of the time, he likes to hug and love on him, or read him books. However, every now and then, I catch him doing something that just cracks me up. I had walked away for a few minutes, and when I came back, Eric had emptied the contents of the diaper bag, as well as the wipes in the wipe container, onto poor Nick who was in the swing. He then asked to pose for his "guilty" picture.

We also got a Bumbo seat for Nick. It's still a little early for him to really use it, but we set him in it when we first brought it home. Of course, Eric wanted in on the action and wanted a picture in it too. He really is a ham!

LA County Fair

Last weekend, we took the boys to the LA Fair. It was really fun!! We ate too much junk food, spent alot of time looking at the animals, and stayed way too late. We were all so beat when we left.

September at a Glance

WOW!! I can't believe we are almost into October. This year has FLOWN by! I wanted to do a post about some fun September events. Of course, Nick has just joined our family (now almost 7 weeks old). First off, we had the boys dedicated at church. Aren't they just SO cute in their matching outfits??
Next, we celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary in our favorite way: dinner at Ruth's Chris Steak House. YUM!
Eric and I have been very active with a Mommy&Me playgroup for a long time now. We get to go on lots of really neat activities together. Nick isn't to sure about them yet. I'm guessing that alot of pictures and stories will revolve around our playdates. :) One neat one that we attended this month was a tour of a firehouse. Eric is a pretty cautious kid, so he wasn't to sure about putting on any of the gear, but he still enjoyed all that the firemen had to share with us. As you can see in the picture, he liked the hat, but ONLY if he could wear it like daddy wears his hats: bill forward.
